FDA DISCLAIMER

The sale of our items may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, I will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item.

RETURNS

Most items have a 30 day return frame starting from the moment the item arrives to its final location. Some products are final size, according to its description. 

For preowned equipment please contact us directly to manage your warranty. 

Any returns or refunds requests after 30 days will be automatically denied. 

Return request must be accepted and approved by Zona Med Equipment. 

Customer is in charge of shipping expenses in case a return or exchange is requested. 

A 35% restocking fee is applied to all approved returns

Authorized returns must be returned within 7 business days of the return authorization. 

*Final sale or sale items can't be returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be completed when the returned item has been delivered to our location and has been revised by our techs (5-10 business days). 

Refurbished items returned without their warranty stickers wont apply for refunds. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not apply for refund.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@zonamedequip.com for approval.
