How do I place an order?
You may place your order directly from our website, by calling us or emailing us, and by visiting our warehouse.
How do I request a quote?

How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed by us, you will get a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number. You may always call us for direct information!
Do you sell used/refurbished equipment?
Yes, we sell refurbished and used medical equipment at great prices. All our refurbished units are delivered in excellent conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to US 48 lower states, although, we have a lot of customers in other countries. You may ship your item to a freight forward company located in the US, that will get your product to its final destination. The warranty on products are only valid within the US.
What are your payment terms? 
All equipment and services are pre-paid. We do not provide net 15-30 payments.

How do I get financing?
Click here to get financed! Through Zona Med Equipment, you will get great financing with Stearns Bank, you may apply directly from our website. 
How do I request a repair service?
Click here to request a service. Easy! You may call us or email us, we will contact you right away. Once the form is submitted, we will contact you as soon as possible!
Does used or refurbished equipment have warranty?
The warranty of used and refurbished equipment is for 30-days. Certain items might have more warranty time 90-days to 6 months, this items will state the warranty time on their description. If no warranty time is found in description, please contact us to confirm warranty. 

There are items that will not include any type of warranty, for example used equipment (not refurbished by us), or equipment sold for parts. 

Items without warranty will have a note on the description that there is no warranty on the product. 

There is a 33% restocking fee for all returns. 
Does new equipment has warranty?
Yes, new equipment will have its manufacturer warranty. Taken care of directly by the manufacturer.
